We were blown away with the gardens, the pool, the room, our balcony/deck, the staff and the sunset. No detail is too small to have this staff’s attention to it. The property says “old Florida” but renovations are fresh, decor is very appealing and amenities abound. We were thrilled to find a real coffee pot in our room as we travel with our own grind. A fridge and microwave were welcome as were real wine glasses and coffee mugs. Morning scone selection was varied and delicious. In addition to our lovely ocean front deck several other lovely areas on the property afforded an opportunity to relax with a beverage – the Tiki patio, pool and gardens. We recommend Bay Harbor Lodge be your first choice when in Key Largo. Spring for an ocean front room. It’s worth it!!
