Bay Harbor Lodge Disclaimer

  • Rates subject to 11.5% sales and tourism tax.
     
  • We require one night’s deposit to confirm any stay less than seven days.  For a stay of seven days or more, we require a minimum of a two night deposit.  Groups and holiday stays require a 50% deposit.
     
  • Daily room rates are accepted on the basis of the contracted arrival and departure dates and bill are prepared accordingly with all guests required to pay the balance of the stay at check-n by cash or valid credit card.  No refunds will be given for an early departure.
     
  • Advance notice prior to your arrival date is required for any change of dates or cancellation.  Partial refunds will only be made with the following:  Reservations resulting in a 6 night or less stay will require a 14 day advanced notice, 7 nights or more will require a 21 day advanced notice, Holidays, Groups and Special events will require a 30 day advanced notice.  Refunds will not be given for rooms canceled without the above mentioned advanced notice.
     
  • Daily room rates are based on double occupancy.  Each additional adult in the room will cost $15.00 plus tax per night.
     
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of guests in each accommodation at the time of reservation. Any changes must be conformed prior to arrival.
     
  • We do not refund monies for inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.

  • A minimum $25.00 +tax cancellation fee per room will be charges for any cancellation or change of dates. 2 Bedroom Villa and Suite count as two rooms.
     
  • Special seasonal rates/deposits are imposed for weekends, holidays, and special events.
     
  • Up to a seven night minimum stay may be required during certain seasonal times/events.
     
  • All rooms are smoke free.  You are permitted to smoke anywhere else on the grounds, but you are asked to refrain from smoking inside the rooms.
     
  • Resort facilities are for registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted to use the boats or pool.
     
  • Check in 3 p.m. Check out 11 a.m.
     
  • Sorry, we do not allow personal watercraft.
     
  • Due to limited trailer parking, boats must be mentioned at time of reservation. the length of boats using our dock is restricted to 16½' LOA. NO EXCEPTIONS.
